The BROWZ Risk Application™
The BROWZ Risk Application™ (RA) is the proprietary online solution clients use to track and evaluate their contractor or suppliers‘ compliance. Suppliers of goods and services use the BROWZ RA™ to register within BROWZ Network and provide proof that they meet the requirements as determined by their customer. Clients use the BROWZ RA to assess their suppliers‘ compliance, and to make business decisions.
BROWZ RA functions most commonly used by suppliers include:
- Manage Account - suppliers enter the information required by their clients, and manage that information as needed. Administrators in contractor/supplier organizations can also set up new user accounts and manage the rights and privileges associated with those accounts. This allows individuals to use the BROWZ Risk Application™ according to their specific job responsibilities.
- BROWZ Compliance Center™ - suppliers can view and print a summary of their organization‘s information. Authorized users can expand areas of the report to investigate in greater detail those areas where their company may not comply with their client‘s requirements. Supporting documentation is archived in the BROWZ RA and can be viewed and printed. Not only does the Compliance Center™ offer a quick snapshot of the contractors account but it is often used to share information with organizations outside of BROWZ.
- BROWZ Directory - Clients use the BROWZ Directory to search the network to identify or consider purchasing a Contractor‘s products and services.
- Contractor Profile - Inside the BROWZ Directory contractors and supplier organizations are able to market their products and services.
