Elaine Beitler, CEO

Ms. Beitler is the Chief Executive Officer for BROWZ , LLC. Previously, Ms. Beitler spent thirteen years with Bowne & Co., Inc., a shareholder and marketing communication services company, where she held various executive leadership roles including Corporate Officer, President of Marketing and Business Communications, Chief Information Officer, and Senior Vice President of the digital and offset manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Bowne, she worked at Seagram & Sons, Co. Ltd. for thirteen years where she led technology based world-wide initiatives and integrations of newly acquired businesses. Elaine holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
Brett Armstrong, Vice-President

Brett joined BROWZ, LLC in 2005 and is Vice President of Operations and Marketing. Entrepreneurially minded, he has established a successful career managing third party service organizations and developing successful work teams. Prior to joining BROWZ, he served at PRG-Schultz as the Assistant Director of Operations. He is a graduate of The University of Utah and holds degrees in both Corporate Communication and Business Management. Rounding out his formal education, Brett has successfully completed the Six-sigma Greenbelt certification as administered by the University of Utah.
Derek Borgert, Vice-President

As Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Borgert brings nearly 14 years of experience to the BROWZ team. Before joining BROWZ, he served as Vice President of Technology at Bowne & Co in New York City with a focus on the Investment Management and Corporate applications. He also worked for IBM Global Services and Progressive Systems as a technology consultant for a broad spectrum of projects in the technology field. Mr. Borgert graduated with honors from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
Shane Neve, Vice-President

Shane, our Vice-President, Professional Services, joined BROWZ in 2005 initially working with the client implementation team to help develop and implement strong project management processes. Earlier positions with Fortune 500 companies included Operations Vice President for Z-Clip International Fence Systems, Product Operations Manager at Gateway Computers, Area Manager of Operations at Amazon.com, and Regional Project Manager for Affiliated Computer Services. He is a certified project manager, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and also has extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Jeff Wyatt, Vice-President of Sales

Prior to joining BROWZ LLC, Mr. Wyatt was President of the Western Region for Bowne & Co. - a leading financial communication company that served public corporations filing and printing financial information in order to be compliant with SEC regulations. In this position, he directed operations and sales activity for the nine-state Region, was responsible for Bowne’s Asian region and their worldwide translation services. Mr. Wyatt’s background also includes various positions in sales and operations for companies such as Turner Construction Company, UNOCAL, and WRC Environmental Permitting. He holds a BS Finance degree from the University of Utah and a MBA from the University of Houston.
Jackson Renouf, Controller

Jackson started with BROWZ in 2005 and has served as Controller since 2008. He has played a strong role in developing metrics that have increased the transparency in many of the BROWZ processes. Prior to joining BROWZ he worked as the assistant controller for an industrial gas and supply company in Southern California. Jackson received his MBA from the University of Southern California and he holds a BA from Brigham Young University.
Aaron Rudd, Director of Business Development

In his current role as Director of Business Development, Aaron is working to facilitate new growth within the varied industries and geographies that are key for the future of BROWZ. He has worked extensively in contractor prequalification management and helped create many of the processes and documents used by BROWZ today. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Certificate in Public Administration.
