Gil Diekhoff, BROWZ Director of Professional Services, is an industry expert in the areas of supplier qualification, and health and safety. Before coming to BROWZ, Gil had 20 years of experience in health and safety at Caterpillar Inc.

In 2008 he led a multi-functional team that benchmarked 13 Fortune 500 companies and used this data to develop Caterpillar’s corporate level contractor safety management process.

Owen has been the Chief Procurement Officer for companies in both the mining and electricity utility industries. His senior procurement experience also includes work in government and service industries. He has managed several organisational improvement projects for procurement, IT, and asset management, implementing organisation process improvements and restructures.

Owen also has general management experience within both large and small organisations, and has international experience in Australia, Asia, UK, Ireland, Europe, and the US. He is now Managing Director of the BROWZ operations in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
