So I think what it's done for us is it's shown us that whilst we thought we were doing very well at pre-qualifying our actual suppliers and subcontractors, there's times here and there that it actually hasn't been done correctly. So the BROWZ solution has actually provided us with the transparency of what's actually taking place.
When you're trying to implement something of a technology sort of style, doesn't matter how well you actually communicate, you're always going to have struggles. Those struggles can be that the integration of the solution or just a miscommunication in what it is that you're actually seeking and what can be delivered. But I don't think it's anything to stop you from moving forward. It just needs open, honest, communication as you're rolling out your plans.
The one thing I will say about BROWZ, though, is they listen to everything that we ask, and they work with us on trying to find the right solution for our clientele. We've been doing pre-qualification at Lendlease for a very long time. It's part of our DNA. And safety is our number one priority at Lendlease. However, BROWZ is just helping us to facilitate that to the best possible outcome that we can have.
I have actually used the mobile app. The reason why I used it was I went and helped facilitate training out to our teams in Victoria when we rolled out the Services Campaign, so I had to actually have an understanding of what it is that I'm talking about. I find it really easy. To me, it's just like another Apple app. It works the same way. You've just got to look through it. You can play around with it. You can't break it. So it's pretty easy.
I think the difference is, going back to what I was saying earlier, BROWZ listens more. So they actually really do take your feedback on, and then they help to actually find that solution so that you get the right outcome for both them, us, and the client. I think when we've done technology solutions, it's very much about the dollar signs at the end. And, unfortunately, if that's your focus, you're never going to give the right level of customer service."
