BROWZ has helped us become more automated. In the past, it was a very, very manual process and took a lot of man hours and the team that BROWZ put together for us has helped us tremendously. One of the biggest things is, it made our certificate of insurance more visible to the people out in the field. Currently, the certificates, our transportation agreements and contracts, are housed at our Fort Worth home office. Now the people out in the field have access to that and they don't have to call me to pull it or one of my staff members to pull the certificates.

The biggest business challenge was it being so a manual process and not having the visibility for the people out in the field that actually are working with our transportation providers and loading the trucks, and having someone pull up and not knowing if they meet our qualifications and still allowing them on site. So that's been our biggest challenge, is having that visibility and having the right people have that access.

When we first started, we had a webinar with our contractors and transportation providers and the BROWZ team has been great. Everyone has been really wonderful, even the compliance agents calling our contractors and working with them. Some of them are really small, mom and pop operations, and don't have access or don't have the time to get to the computer to even register. They help walk them through the process and make it a smooth transition, so it's been great. Yes, definitely higher compliance. We just started with BROWZ and currently we are at 75% compliant. In the past, we didn't really have a measurement. Like I said before, it was very , very manual, and we hope that whoever came on site had or met our qualifications, and, in fact, a lot of them didn't. And going through and getting our agents or our contractors registered, it shed a light on who was missing what and what we needed to do to bring them compliant.
